PROCESSING TIME
All Boongee products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. During high-demand periods (holidays, promotions), processing may take slightly longer.

SHIPPING TIME
Once your order has been produced, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the United States via standard shipping, or 1–2 business days with express shipping (available at checkout for an additional fee). Total estimated delivery time (production + shipping) is approximately 5–10 business days for standard shipping.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other events outside our control are not the responsibility of Boongee.

SHIPPING RATES
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. Shipping costs for standard shipping are built into our product pricing, so there are no additional fees at checkout unless you choose express shipping.

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We plan to expand international shipping in the future.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

MULTIPLE ITEMS
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on production location, and you may receive more than one tracking number.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Boongee is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact us at boongeestore@gmail.com and we will do our best to correct it before production begins.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at boongeestore@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
